Istaknula je i ujedno poslala poruku cjelokupnoj javnosti kako se iznad svega mora cijeniti tradiciju, kako se obiteljsku imovinu mora prevesti u novo vrijeme, iskoristiti je za vlastite turisti\u010dke i op\u0107enito gospodarske probitke, pokazati gostima svu rasko\u0161 hrvatske posebitosti i gostoljubivosti.<\/p>

She thanked the Minister of Tourism Nikolina Brnjac, as well as the director of the Croatian National Tourist Board Kristjan Stani\u010di\u0107 for trusting Novi list in organizing the action Najzijamljiva\u010d which aims to analyze the best renters throughout the national territory, which makes up more than half of the total Croatian tourist accommodation capacity.<\/p>


Kruljac pointed out that “The best renter” hires both journalistic and marketing resources of Novi list, which successfully demonstrated the strength of one of the most important Croatian media houses, which confirms the success of the print edition and the reach of digital platforms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Podsjetimo, nakon \u0161to su brojne prijave dostavljene na natje\u010daj otvoren u prolje\u0107e ove godine, krajem kolovoza pomno su analizirane kako bi se izdvojilo 46 finalista s podru\u010dja cijele Hrvatske. A total of 4.5 thousand kilometers were covered on that tour from Rovinj to Dubrovnik, from Lo\u0161inj to Sveti Martin na Muri. The decision to choose the best was extremely difficult, the nuances decided, and what can be pointed out for the winners is the fact that none of them perceives tourism as a business, they all live tourism.<\/p>


The awards for the best, and all laureates responded to the invitation of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Croatian Tourist Board, and Novi list was awarded by Monika Udovi\u010di\u0107, Kristjan Stani\u010di\u0107, and Ankica Kruljac.

FOS naime tradicionalno okuplja doma\u0107e privatne iznajmljiva\u010de koji dr\u017ee gotovo 60 posto svih turisti\u010dkih le\u017eajeva u zemlji. Ove su godine ostvarili oko 32 milijuna no\u0107enja, odnosno gotovo 40 posto od ukupnih 82,7 milijuna no\u0107enja ostvarenih u Hrvatskoj do konca listopada.<\/p>

Beskrajno pa\u017eljivo adaptirana ku\u0107a koja je u vlasni\u0161tvu obitelji Pisak od po\u010detka 19. stolje\u0107a. Nalazi se uz bri\u017eljivo njegovane maslinike, na 400-tinjak metara nadmorske visine, tako da s te pozicije puca pogled na Motovun s jedne strane te jezero Butoniga s druge.<\/p>

Interestingly, Ana Pisak defended her thesis with the theme of her house – “The impact of family tradition on transformation: the sustainability of space and identity.”<\/p>

Villa Adrian<\/span><\/h3>

The villa is located in an exceptional position, just a few house numbers away from the hotel Argentina and the entrance to Dubrovnik’s old town. But what makes it different from the others are its owners, as well as the historical story it inherits.<\/p>

The current owners, the heirs of the first owner, the wife of Vanja Radau\u0161, lead it in such a way that all guests experience it as friends who gave them the greatest trust with their arrival. Of course, in an unobtrusive way, more precisely, they make the connection exactly as much as the guests themselves want.<\/p>


Vila ima dva dijela, prostor za devet odnosno pet osoba, a prije nekoliko godina na dijelu terase izgra\u0111en je i pripadaju\u0107i bazen. Velik dio dru\u0161tvenog \u017eivota gostiju odvija se na terasi s koje se pru\u017ea jedinstven pogled na Dubrovnik i Lokrum.<\/p>


The owners are Naira Asatryan, a pianist who moved to Dubrovnik from Armenia twenty years ago, and Adrian Wiele, born in Essen, who inherited the villa from his grandmother Piro\u0161ka Pr\u00e4ger Radau\u0161 – who bought the house from Hungary to Dubrovnik.<\/p>


Even in these difficult years for tourism in the extreme south of Croatia, they are doing very well, so at the time of our visit, at the end of October, they had temperamental guests from Argentina.
